help fuel problem?

I just got a 1991 crx si. the guy i got it from said the motor was locked up. after some checking i found the cylinders were locked from being full of fuel after turning it over with the plugs out and pumping out the fuel the motor is ok. It still is acting like the fuel pump is constantly running when you turn on the key. this is my first honda and any help would be greatly apreciated I have big plans for this car but getting it running would be a great start. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Re: help fuel problem?

if your fuel pump is still working, then it is not the problem. your cylinders being filled with fuel?..................check your injectors.
