4.8l trouble codes... Please help!

I have a 2wd shortbed reg. cab 2000 with a 4.8l, the other day it wouldnt start. When I got it started it wouldnt idle, it just kept dying. After an hour or so of sitting in it with a little rev I got it to where it would run without dying. I Decided to change the oil and reprogram it to see if that would help it run right again and in the process of reprograming the DTCs P0200(Injector Control Circuit), P0300(Engine Misfire) came up. Does anyone know what would be causing this or mabee some things I can check before I take it into the shop. It is running but not very well. Any info will be greatly appriciated!

could use more info on how you reprogramed, any mods to engine, especialy anything recent.

p0200 is for the injector circuit, check the fuses one for each bank in the under hood electrical center towards top in middle, inj-a, inj-b, you either have a wire grounded, back connection on injector or pcm, bad injector or bad pcm,

definitely sounds FI related.....the misfire probably was a result of a bad injector or injector relay blown.....

run a good fuel system cleaner through it see if that helps...

also check your plugs, if they are bad enough they could trick the computer into thinkin its got FI problems

I reprogrammed it with the Hypertech Power Programmer III. I have been running it like this for a year or so with no problems. I have the K&N FIPK and the screen taken out of my MAFS. I also have flowmaster exhaust and Bocsh spark plugs. That is it for any mods to the engine. I will check the things that you stated above. Thanks for the info, if you have any other ideas let me know. Thanks!

Ok I've ran a good fuel cleaner through, checked spark plugs and all the wires on the fuel injector and the fuses and couldnt find anything wrong. The fuel system cleaner did seem to help out a little bit but its still not running like it should. I guess I'll have to take it into the shop next week and have them look at it, unless someone knows some other things that I can check? How would I know if it was the maf, wouldnt that be a different DTC then what I have coming up? Thanks for any more help!
