Window Motor, 1995 olds cutl ciera, please help

I need some help to replace the window motor in the front drivers door. I have a 95 olds cutlass ciera, 3.1, four door. I have the door panel removed, I request advice on removing old motor and installing new. Any information is appreciated.
Also, the mirror adjuster won't work for either side, does it have a motor?
THANK YOU.

You will have to drill out the rivets that hold the motor in if it's the original one. When you install the new motor don't tighten the bolts until you have everything hooked up. I purchaed a replacement motor from Pep Boys for under $50.00. If you get one from a junkie make sure it comes from a rear window so it will have less wear and tear.
good luck

Great info, thanks! So the rear window motor will fit just the same? After drilling out the rivets it will come right out?
Thanks for any info, Jen
