carb number question

anyone have a 92-96 prelude vtec with an aem short ram intake? if yes what does your EO Carb number if you dun mind sharin, cuz i got one which is 22-405 and the smog guy say it not legal for the h22a1. so wondering if anyone could help me out here thanks alot
