popping nose when turn

whenever i turn (left and right) quick, or i hit a small bun, it makes some popping nose under my truck, i cannot found where there are coming from. can anyone help?

I used to have a taurus that did that...and it turned out to be the CV Joints. The boots were torn and dirt and grime got in there and screwed everything up. I don't really know if that would do it on yours but I thought I could relate.

pepboy people tell me my b-joint is bad, just not sure if that is the problem. i would like to get more detail b4 i change then.

Batman 19
I am now having the same problem with my pu. The guy that owned it before had the ball joints replaced before. I am also going to be checking into this.

Being that this is a rear wheel drive it will not have the cv joints but the ball joints. I am going to look in my chiltons and see how fun this is going to be.

Well alright then.. i didn't know that Sonomas didn't have cv joints....so this is a front wheel drive thing?

It may be a $2 fix....you may want to look at this before you bring it into a shop or replace any part of the suspension:

i'm reading it right now, but not sure if it is the same case. Cus i can feel the poping nose on my floor panel when i drive and it is pretty loud too

----If you have 4 wheel drive you have CV joints, same as a front wheel drive car would have.
