interior light comes on on bumps/hard corners

ok i have a problem, my interior lights are coming on when i turn right into my drive way, when the right front wheel takes pretty much all the weight at the front. it's also happened on pretty big bumps on the road when i've been unfortunate enough to hit them. is this a sign my chassis has had enough or do i just need to adjust a door or something?
