yeah, you can do it yourself. Make sure you get one with a guage on it. There are two fittings with black caps on a shiny metal line that run on the passenger side of the engine bay. It should fit on the low pressure fitting, the one closer to the firewall(the smaller fitting.....it's the only one it will fit on). With the engine running and the A/C on max, and the lowest temp with the windows down, fill it up. Don't turn the can upside down either. Sometimes it helps to shake the can as your filling. Oh yeah..make sure you get the 134a type (it's all you can buy anyways)

Re: a/c recharge is it possible???

I Have Had My Aurora For A Little Over A Year And 40000 Miles. I Have Had To Recharge It When I Got It Last Summer And About 2 Weeks Ago. Recharging It Yourself Is Soooo Easy. I Bought A Ton Of Kits And Refrigerant At Walmart In The Winter-time And Paid Like Nothing. Recharge As Soon As It Seems To Get Low. If You Wait Too Long You Will Grenade The Ac Compressor.
