New Front Springs

I was browsing on the net and came across this

Ford Windstar front springs—We have the proof in Lemon-Aid that Ford will pay for new springs up to 10 years.

There is an extended waranty on the front coil springs....due to corrosion.

how bad do the srpings have to be to get them replaced?

For FORD to replace them, they have to be broken.
