Questions about mods for my car......

Car Type: 2005 Honda Civic LX
Color: Dark Grey/Gun Metal I think.

I just bought my car about a month ago, and so far all I have done to is; 5% (limo tint) to the two back windows & rear window. The front two windows have a 86 percent tint (California Law?).

I have some questions too.....

Next thing I want to get changed on my car is the headlights. I like the look of the angel eyes, but I'm not sure if they are available for the Civic. Can anyone help me with that? Also I like the Xenon lights, can any of you guys tell me what kind to get, and where I can get them?

Also what kind of tail-lights do you guys think I should get?

A price range on all of this would also be helpful, thanks.

Your headlights on that car are beautiful don't change them out for angeleyes. And your tailights are awesome too. Those tails are only on the 04-05 model civic. Dont change them out for APC tail lights. If you want to get better bulbs for your headlights you can go with PIAA or Sylvania Silverstars. Those will give a nice HID mock look, and cost ya 50-80$. With this car your limited to your "performance" upgarde range( read threads below) My best advice I can give you is work on getting a nice suspension set up on the car. It will handle alot better and feel faster. Then shoot for some nice rimz and maybe a lip kit or carbon fiber hood. Here is a pic of my car and headlights perhapse you would want to do the black housing as did I which cost only 10 bucks. If you really want garbage for the car like tail lights go to froogle.com and run some searches. Congrats on the new car.

What is black housing? And how do you do it? Any other suggestions to make the car look more appealing are welcomed. I also need suggestions for a new exhaust tip. I want a nice, crisp sound.

Black housing are the headlights I have in my pic above. They are black inside rather then the metallic chrome the car comes with. You can do it yourself with an oven, glue and some paint. To make the car more appealing well like I said above..Lower it and get some nice rimz. An exhaust tip will not produce a "crisp" sound. In fact it wont do anything. What you need to do too produce the sound other cars have is get a new exhaust. Aftermarket, full cat back at that. There are many brands out there but the price is rather high looking at 250-550$ for a good exhaust that doesnt give you a lawnmower sound.

yeah, keep stock tail lights, alteezas (sp?) and what not just look tacky. OEM all the way!!!

About the sound thing, dont forget the intake. Thats the best sounding part of the engine, even though I cant hear mine now that I have no cat and my header is leaking....

Since your not going for raw power go with one off of e-bay for like $10
