Do I treat my car bad?
I think this is bad what im doing to my car but.....

I'd think hitting the rev limiter like that a lot would definently be bad. You definently abuse it

My car used to hit the limiter at 6,800 RPMs but now it hits at 8,200 RPMs

Why is that? Please don't tell me you're one of those people who put a B-series ECU with a stock D-series block. What is your setup (chipped ecu, cams and valvetrain)?
