What's wrong with the car itself that's making you want to part it out? Where are you located, and how much are you asking for the whole car?

It looks fine. In need of a paint job and interior cleaned up a little bit, but other than that, it looks good. So why part it out? You could make more money off fixing it up a little bit and then selling it on autotrader or something of that sort.
And cooltc, his profile says he lives in Houston, Texas.. since I guess he didn't see your question.
