Rough starts
My car usually wont start on the first turn unless you hold it for a second and it's real jumpy and idles a 2100 until the car warms up. The motor is also very noisy and pingy.

I seemed to have the same trouble latey. I found that after I replaced the plugs, which happened to be covered in oil, it start much easier, and idles a little better. I'm no expert by any means but i'd say that you should check the plugs/wires/distributor cap, fuel lines for leaks, idle and intake. I'm after replacing just about everything with no luck accept for the plugs which made the most difference.

Re: Rough starts
What would be good plug and wires, and a distributor is just a distributor right.

Re: Rough starts
If the motor is noisy and pingy - you may have some valves that need to be adjusted - they are usually somewhat noisier when it's cold just because it's cold, but might want to have them looked at.
