Code 42 Bad ASD or Fule Pump Relay

My van was idling then suddenly stopped running altogther. No it wont start at all. I have a code 42. I've tested both the ASD and fuel pump relays and they passed. Is there any way I can hardwire a bypass around these 2 relays to get the engine running? I smell fule when the engine is cranking so I'm assuming the fuel pump relay is fine.

My '96 T&C blew the ASD fuse. The fuse is located in the fuse and relay center. Mine is labeled "Engine" and is 25 Amp.
