Alright, my Sunbird died on me for the second time this week.
Details on the car:
1993 Sunbird LE 2.0L 4Cyl 188,xxx KM's What happened earlier this week wasnt such a big deal, just expencive for the gas. I filled the tank, went to my fathers, on the way home my fuel line broke. It was 11:45 pm, no cell phone and in the middle of nowhere so I drove my butt home, having the coast down the final hill and into the driveway, heh. Turns out the buddy that had it before me had the same thing happen, but he put a rubber hose from the break to the end that goes into the engine...he put the tube through the wheel well. ANYWAY. My problem is simple, I went to go to blockbusters to take my movie back, and the thing wouldn't start. It would get power, because the CD Deck would go, but it wouldnt turn over. I hear clicking inside the engine bay, and you can probably already tell I know next to nothing about the parts inside of the car. Theres a little electrical box that was attatched to the frame by the battery that clicks when I start it. Previous problems Ive had like this was about 2 months ago I needed a starter, and I got a used one (100,000 KM's) from my step fathers friends parts car. I really dont want to do the starter again, and Im sure most of us know why too. Any idea's of what may be causing this? I personally think either the wiring is bad (Another previous problem), or the starter is shot. |

Nevermind, it was just a small electrical problem. Im not sure of the names of the part, but it had 6 wires going to it in a row, and it was thin like a card.
