I need help with this one step. How do u make a real life photo ex. \/



And turn the image into a cartoon style like this? \/ (my Sig)

first of all, that picture wont work very well (Because it lacks reflections) but the basic idea is to creat two additional layers. in one, u outline/select different areas and fill it in with a solid color. on the next layer, u use line tool and outline the car, gas cap, door panels, etc.

i agree with above or if u want it rough and easy way then simply go Filter - Blur - Smart blur
