Question '94 Silverado/Sierra Engine Swap Question

Alright I own a '94 GMC Sierra with a TBI 4.3L V6. My question is can i put a carburated V8 in there...because right now i have a 305 from a '77 blazer just lying around...i know its a crap engine but im still looking for a 350. I just need to know if any of the computerized stuff for the TBI is going to throw it off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
