Re: b16 build with itr parts....
Cams, valve springs, and retainers is a good one. Intake manifold's another worthwhile one. Throttle body may or may not be depending how cheap you can get someone to bore your stock one for..

Re: b16 build with itr parts....
im trying to build an NA motor, want to stay with b16 block because it fits better in a crx(so im told, no need to get a different hood or saccrifice clearence on the bottom of engine) I see lots of good deals on ebay and yes i know to be careful. My goal is an engine with 185-210hp to wheels. Some say no way and some say very possible. I am going to have around 4000 to spend on car and i want to spend no more than 2500 on engine and tranny. This will be hard but not impossible. The rest will be on suspension and braing and other minor stuff. the car is very clean and straight for being 14 years old. the engine is my biggest concern so i thought i might build a b16 with type r parts, as many as i can stuf to wor together. Again, thank you to all who are helping me. i cant wait to start

Re: b16 build with itr parts....
185-210 is totally possible to the wheels. A friend of mine with a b16 bored to a 1.99 put 195 and 140...
