Unhappy Is it a manufacturing problem or normal behavior!??

The problem is :-

First:-

When I drive the car and AC is on and the AC front fan is working I am loosing the car power, HOW ?

If the AC fan is working front light on (at night) , when the car starting to move from 0 speed (stopping) and I am pressing the speed pedal to the end , the car holding on between 2-3 second and then starting to move slowly !! is that acceptable performance for 1600CC brand new car used for 3 months and walked 4000KM?

Second:-

With the previous conditions, when I am trying to park the car I've heard sound from the car engine like “Trrr .. Trrr” when I turn the steering wheels left or right for parking

Even if I am stop and try to press the speed pedal continually (Press then Release)

That is all , I took the car to the dealer workshop for check up, they inform me that the car is normal like this! For me its not convenience reply, cause I have tried 1300CC Toyota corolla Auto. And Hyundai accent 1500CC Auto. for my colleagues and the performance is more powerful.

So why such New car 4000KM model 2005 performing like this, and the technician at Workshop Dealer said its normal.

Re: Is it a manufacturing problem or normal behavior!??

Hi,

I have the same power problem. When I accelerate, it takes a few seconds to move. Then I press the accelerator harder and it revs really high.

I have taken this to the service department a few times, and they dont know what it is! So you are not alone!

Wish I could help - Good luck

Welcome to AF, MjkSoft!

While the airconditioning is turned on, it slightly reduces power from the engine aswell as use more fuel. This is what happens for my car too, but obviously it doesn't effect the acceleration as much as when the level of cooling/heating is set to maximum.

Regarding your second question, it seems like an interesting phenomena, I would love to know the answer behind that as it happens to my car aswell sometimes. I believe it may be some engine parts (perhaps plastic covers) that are shacking due to the loose connections.
