Anyone willing to fix a cracked windshield for me or any ideas?

Ok, this really sucks and I am really disappointed. I left my Kyosho 645Ci on my bed and what I ended up doing was putting my guitar on my bed but then the neck fell and cracked the front windshield. I'll post pics when I can but would anyone be interested in repairing it for me? I'll pay for whatever it costs as long as it's not ridiculous obviously, including shipping etc.

Or, would anyone have an idea on how to fix a Kyosho or replace it, because Kyosho's are so complex that I'm afraid of taking it apart and ruining it more. My mom dreads trying to return it because she think's they'll say no, that is, the BMW dealership, where I bought it because she claims that they look at the car before selling it. I was thinking of coming up with an excuse like it was tossed around in my mom's trunk while being transported or it was crushed by a Costco size water case lol, that's if none of the options apply above. ANy suggestions?
thanks

Ouch.. Sorry man, no suggestions. It would really suck because from the pictures I saw (http://www.idcow.com/kyo2009.html), its an awesome diecast. Tell them that it came that way?

After being in this business for many years, I like so many others, have heard almost all the excuses.
But when someone honestly admits to a mistake or mishap and takes responsibility, and then just asks if there is anything that can be done to help, 99% of the time the problem is solved and people will bend over backwards for you.
Try it. After being B.S.ed (or thinking it's B.S.), it is so refreshing to deal with honesty. Even if you don't get it replaced/fixed through the dealership, you will have their respect. Besides, they may see you as a future customer and want to help even more. Good luck. - Mark
