cleaning high polished aluminum rims

i was wondering how do you get stuck on brake dust off of high polished aluminum rims. i tryed mostly all of the spray cleaners, but yet non have worked. I even tryed eagle one's neva-dull, but it takes forever to clean just a little bit off.

I tried eagle one stuff, didn't do a whole lot. I borrowed this jar of cream called Blue Magic. Takes a long time to rub it on by hand (with a cloth), but your rims will look like mirrors when you're done. Just as a side note, don't do them in the sun, otherwise your hand starts to feel the burn after awhile.
