Hey I've been searching around for this information but can't seem to find it anywhere:

I was wondering what the difference is between free-flow exhaust systems and headers. What are some other types of exhaust systems and what do each of them do? Which is the best for an MK3 Supra in terms of horsepower/torque

Best place to start with the exhaust would be a catback. That includes larger piping going from the catalytic converter to a free flowing muffler out the ass of the car. You can find some cheap prices on www.Truckperformance.com type in your car and year and then click on catback exhaust systems. I would avoid pacesetter as you will see that they are the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
