Hpi B15-40

My cousin's r/c rips every tire he buys, will the HPI B15-40 hold a lot of toque, he has a duratraxx street force but he has performance parts on it. Please reccomend the best tires for me.

Does he glue the tires onto the rims with CA glue? If not smack him and tell him to do that.
