Squeaking Problem. Clutch??

My car makes like a whining or squeaking sound as I am accelerating through the gears. It startes at around 2100 rpm's and follows to about 3500 rpm's or so before it stops. Then, it starts up at around the same spot in every gear except 5th sometimes. It will just go away when I am in fifth or have hit my regular speed. It is only when I am driving also. Not when the car is not under load. I pushed the clutch in while going down the road though, and then reved it to about 5 or 6 thousand rpm's, and I could kind of hear it a little as the rpm's dropped for a second. I cannot figure out what this would be. I put a new clutch in a while back, could this my new clutch? Might I not have broken it in long enough (like break pads will do if they arent broke in well)? Any ideas? I appreciate the help guys. Thanks in advance.

even if the clutch is slipping you would not be able to hear any noises really. i can't be the pilot becasue cause that noise only happens when your in neutral and your rev up with the clutch engaged.

are you sure its not the belt screeching from the engine being under a load?

Re: Squeaking Problem. Clutch??

Well, I guess it could be the belts, but they are pretty new. I put new ones on less than 4000 miles ago. Maybe I will have to put some original Nissan belts on or something.

Re: Squeaking Problem. Clutch??

You have to tighten the belts after you install them because they will stretch, it's like a month after you install then, you have to tighten them again.
