95 2g eclipse wont start

Hello iam sorry about my grammer. The problem i am having on this 1995 eclipes with a 2.0 2g motor, with manual transmision . The motor was out of the car for two years. When i went to start the car, i am only getting spark when you let off of the key. I checked the coil, cam and the crank sensor's they are all ok . One thing i did notice is that if i have the key on and unhook and rehook the cam or crank sensor .the fuel pump will run and i will get a quick spark . Iam lost please help and i am sorry about my grammer ?????????????????????????????

-Ported and polished head
-Aggresive valve springs
-2.5" Custom made exhaust piping
-Custom header
-Gutted catalytic converter
-Bored 0.5mm
-Advanced ignition timing (CAS) aprox. 5 degrees (set @ ~10deg BTDC)
-2g valve lifters (Lifter noise returned, now it a true DSM)
-K&N w/modified air canister

It's not that I'm not willing to help him out, but a problem well stated is a problem half solved (Kevin, that's your quote, but I just had to use it this one time). As for your problem doogcat, try to re-state your problem being more descriptive and plenty are willing to help you.
