Accident....NOooooo!!!! Please help Map sensor?

ALrighty so I just got in a damn accident two days ago. I got some gsr rims and went to replace the tires but they only had 2 so put them on the front two wheels. Was getting on an onramp for the free way that curves and is sloped downhill. Rear wheels lost complete tration and I did a 540 and smacked the crap out of the rear right bumper. Scraped the front pretty good too. Anyways after the whole ordeal was over I noticed my engine light was on. I checked the code and got 3 MAP - manifold absolute pressure sensor What is exactly am I looking for here. Should I not be driving the car? Want to get this fixed before I do anything else. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I reset the ecu if the problem still presists the ecu light will come back on correct. I don't want to just reset it and ignore any problem that is still there.
