B16a or B18a???

hey guys,
well i need help because i want to get a new engine for my 90 integra.it has a b18a in there right now that has a lot of km's and im going through oil like crazy. anyways i was thinking about getting a b16a but im worried about the wiring for the vtec. i need to know what's involved in that and how hard it is to do.by the way, how is the b16 compared to the b18.can you turbo a stock b16 without hurting it because i know the b18 is strong and can handle boost with stock internals.if i go with the b16, is it a direct connection to my ecu and can i use the original wiring harness and will all my sensors match up.i plan to boost so maybe a new b18a would be better for me, what do you guys think????and if you have a good link that might help me out with the wiring for the b16a and how to modify my harness that would be awesome.Any help with this is greatly appreciated....thanks!!
