It's amazing what you can find on eBay ... (a little foreshadowing of Hyde)

I made a few eBay purchases in the last few weeks and this is just a hint at what's too come for Hyde. :evillaugh

In addition to what you see below, I will be most likely be having a custom intake manifold made by ChrisK. Please understand that I love my RMR intake manifold and I have been extremely please with the product. I highly recommend it.

I am going with ChrisK's next because he offers more flexibility in doing a the custom set up that I need and Ross Machine right now is extremely buzy with the primary business so doing a custom automotive pice is just not an option for them at this time.

I look forward to working with Chris on my custom set up, but this may have to wait a month or two longer than I expected since my tranny issues have set me waaaaaaaaaaay back money wise. The good news is that Jeff Herstine an I housted a brand new 93 LSD Toyota tranny into Hyde last night. (thanks CraiggieB!) I will be rebuilding the 93 LSD that was in Hyde so I have a spare.

NoShoes wanted to see a little more flow in Hyde's set up.
I'm going to see what I can do about that. Everything below is 3" diameter.

Anyway, enjoy my eBay pics below (Total: $322.47):

$185

$22

$10.50

$29.99

$29.99

$44.99 (bought a 3rd one beyond the auction of 2)

you can actually fit two of those WRX scoops across the boot if you want jeff, thats what a couple of the targa cars over here have done... and cut the bottom out of the boot for more flow.. hyde has DEFINATELY made the transition to full race car at this point.

One of the scoops will be fine ... notice the other 2 scoops? They are going on the quarter panels to let air in ... the Subaru scoop will be to let air out.
I am also removing the center panel between the tailer lights to let air out

MR2turbo93, the gas door will not be an issue, this will sit above and slightly behind the wheels.

bob stone, please realize that $185 wasjust for the core of the intercooler. This is a universal IC made that is not made for the MR2. This is a custom job and I am having it mounted in the trunk.
