Left (Drivers Side) Mirror/Electric

I had my drivers side mirror broken off recently. I Have ordered a new one but for now i was wanting to remove the old one , it is currently only being held on by the cord that is connected to the motors in it. I removed the mirror from the assembly but cant see any screws or bolts holding it all together, so i cant get inside the thing to disconnect the wires. Any suggestions or pics showing the disassembly. Thanx

The mirror housing is bolted from the inside. You have to remove the door trim to get to the bolts. I believe ( I would wait for another opinion on this) the wiring runs from the mirror to a connector in the door. So you could just cut the wires to get the the mirror off, for the time being.

Yes you have to remove the door panel, there are three bolts remove the bolts and the mirror will be off un hook the wires and put them aside
