Mazda 626 Transmission or Engine Mounts

Hello

I have a Mazda 626 ES with 100900 Miles. It has an automatic transmission. During the Winters, (Mornings), when I warm the car and am ready to drive, the car would not go ahead when I shift to Drive. I had to change it back to reverse and then the car would jerk a bit and again when I shift it to drive the car would drive. Again I am facing the same problem nowadays. I showed the Car to Amco, they said the transmission is good. All I need to do is change Engine mounts are they are gone bad. The jerking they say is due to the engine. I showed it at Mieneke and they say its a transmission problem Please advice.
