Mini-me swap
I have a '91 civic hatchback with a stock d15b2 engine. Someone told me that I could get a head from a 94 del sol si and it would work in my car (its called the mini-me swap). If anyone knows anything about this please let me know either here or email me at [email protected] lots of details please...thanks

Re: Mini-me swap
Use the search function in this forum. There are hundreds of threads about it. First you need to swap to mpfi if you have a dx (d15b2). Check out 4thgenerationcivic.com for info as well.

The engine in the Del Sol Si is the same as the '92-'95 Si and EX's, the D16z6. |

Re: Mini-me swap
for best acceleration, use a 90-91 Si tranny. Something i found out by accident because my car is faster than a stock 99-00 Si and a friend of mine who also who also has a mini-me with dx tranny couldn't figure out why he couldnt walk these Si's. We have similar basic IHE bolt on mods and we later found out why.
