1994 Grand Prix GTP Alternator
I put a new alternator on this car two years ago and it's bad again. Is there a better, (far better), than OEM alternator that can be installed on this car?

Not really! The OEM alternators are as good as anything on the market today. Of course you can purchase and aftermarket alternator at most autoparts stores and give one a try. May be cheaper than OEM.
