trouble starting

Well i have spent alot of money already trying to figure out why it wont start. I am trying to sell it but it wont sell if it wont start right up:
1997 chevy blazer 2 door LS 104,000 miles....

Put in a new start
Got a new battery
Fuel Filter
Put in new spark Plugs
******
when i was putting in the spark plugs i noticed my y pipe was crushed so i pieced it... sound better little faster pick u p now but still having trouble to start...
I go to start it turning the key and it just sounds like its going to start but it wont click over... by the 3rd time it then click over all the time... this is only if it sits for over an 30min-1hr... Im lost of what else it could be. If it would help i could make a recording of it starting.. Thanks

only a screw driver is required to remove the cap and rotor and install the new ones.

Just remember to have the new cap sitting there as you remove the plug wires from the old one so you can immediately install the wire on the new cap's proper connection.

Re: trouble starting

Your battery is shot, get a new one, charge it fully and then install it.

That or the alternator is weak.
