a few ?'s about my 03 4.3 engine

I have a few ?'s about my 03 4.3 thats in my s10. First of all i was wondering about the exact hp and tourque of this engine. Second i was wondering my friend has a 4.3 out of his 95 blazer and he said something about putting his tune port from his engine on to my engine will this work and if so what do i have to do to make it work. because Ive heard that this is why the older 4.3's accelerate faster and are all around a little better than the newer 4.3's can someone help

stock you have around 180 to 190 horses, an aftermarket exhaust, and e bay cold air intake and no problem you have 210 horses... dont do it. only advice i can give you on going to a tpi or cpi, its old tec. for a reason, if you did it you might as well swap the whole moter out, and you would need the computer and harness from the old moter, that kinda time and money, buy a small block of some sort

Yeah I didnt think about the whole computer and harness thing. But is it true that the95 4.3 engine was faster on take off and stuff because of the tune port. because when my friend had his blazer running with the 95 4.3 it looked like it might have been faster than my 03 and more torque and my 4.3 seems a little sluggish on take off until i hit about 18 or 1900 rpms his didnt do that at all
