crower 62402T-2 cams

I have a friend that has some crower 62402T-2 cams that he hasn't used. He decided to buy a gsr engine instead of using the ls. I am thinking of getting these cams from him but i want to know if i can use them without turbo. I'm low on funds right now so i can't afford a turbo setup at this point.
