best is relative. 5th gen prelude type s, never available in the US, would rank as the most powerful lude ever offered @ 220hp stock if that's what you call best. as for which of those listed is born to be tuned? i don't think it'd be the prelude. i think the se-r's are more responsive to mods. most honda motors are already highly tuned out so it'd take more to get more power than it would out for other engines. however, the aftermarket for the hondas is pretty large so you have options.

You didn't really ask anything - your original question doesn't make any sense.
Are you asking what is the best Prelude to get, or are you asking if a 2001 Prelude is better than the other cars in your poll?

O really I always thought ITR wasnt all that responsive to mods because it's already sort of tuned when it's stock.
