Question low mpg

I have this problem. My 2002 Sunfire drinks gas like crazy!
With a full tank(14 gallons/50 liters) I make 220 miles, there is no difference between city and hwy. Plz help cause I'm gonna be broke soon!

Re: low mpg

Check spark plugs, air filter. Change your oil on a normal basis. Make sure your tires are filled to what it says on the tire itself (Usually around 40 psi) Buy some injector cleaner and put it in when you fill up next...there are lots of things you can do. Maybe you even have a hole in your gas tank?
