Vibration when braking

I have noticed recently that when I put brake, especially at high speeds I have a bad shaking/vibration the steering wheel feels like its going from side to side. What is this, I hate it!!!! Feels like the car is falling apart!!!!!!! Thanks guys!

Sounds like rotors are out - Time to do front brakes
