Buying my first house

Well I decided its time to try and buy my first house. I'm preapproved for a morgage of 170k and am looking at a few houses down in the orlando area, more specifically in the Lake wales/Frost Proof area.

Here is one I'm looking at

here is the other I need to get more pics of this one before I fly off to check it out...

Not too shabby to be 21 and buying house though eh...

Re: Buying my first house

That's cool. I may be up for buying my first house within the next couple of years... hopefully before I'm 35. That's what happens when you party like a mofo when you're younger... Oh yeah, and borrowing money to go through college (undergraduate and graduate school).

Re: Buying my first house

Fuck, I should move my house down there and sell it, I'd get a good half mill out of it.

Re: Buying my first house

yeah real estate is really taking off in Fla, my gram bought a house in the 90's for 80k now its priced at about a half mill its insane.

I really don't have much to put down as I'm still establishing myself in my career. However, I am in the habbit of pating more than I need to on all of my bills, like school loans and such.
