Rear side marker light

Someone dinged the right rear side marker light and it came out of the fender. I am trying to order a new one and I paid for part # 96405888 which another dealer told me is just the lens. They seem to have trouble finding the right part #.

The first dealer charged me $21.00 for that part and the 2nd dealer said the fixture AND lens is $23.33. I am confused. This is for the hatchback Aveo. Does anyone know what PN I need?

Also, the manual doesn't give any industry bulb numbers. Does this take a 168, 194, or other bulb? All the dealer can do is special order bulbs from Chevy...with GM's PN.

The manual says the bulb can be replaced by reaching up under the bumper. No, cannot be done. To replace the bulb in the future do I need to take off the fender guard around the tire? If so, and if I don't want to do that, wouldn't it be cheaper just to break the fixture, and replace it with a new one?

This is very frustrating. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
