1970 2000 roadster engine swap
any one here know of a place that has swaped a sr20det in to a datson 2000 or 1600 roadster ?? ps did a search for 2000 roadster and didnt find nothing but I hope i am not reposting old news / question
reason i ask is taht you can find these cars cheap , I have seen them for 500 $ running condidion, look like ass but i figure for a total investment of 8K ( to recarpet/ redo the entirior and re paint / fix small dings + engine swap , assuming the swap costs about the same as a 240 sx or 240z conversion )you can have a realllll nice roadster :P

No one here has done it, but you should try it out, I mean the engine will fit, I'm sure, all you need mounts and mess with the wiring.

theres one in sport compact car july issue
the guy in there had Z Car Garage in the bay area do the swap and stuff
