Bmw E.......

Hi everybody,
I'll start with, I not very familiar to bmws, and I got a simple question, Can anyone identify these two BME in terms of E, e.g. E34
First one,
1989 BMW 325l,

second one, 1990 535

Am not sure, but the second one is an E34?
