Can i use a spark plug ...

I have a rodeo 2001,
Can i use a spark plug denso IK16, these are iridium plugs,
there some advantage over denso k16prp11

I don't buy all the spark plug gimmicks. I don't know what Iridium plugs are but it just sounds like another way for them to extract more cash from your wallet.

I used the ones that cost 6.82 on my 2000 and have not had any problems.

+00 have ion sensing via the plugs, so if you don't get the right ones it can trigger a mis-fire code.
