1966 Riverside Chaparral

This one has had the vent work opened and the ones on the front fenders covered with brass pipe screen. The wing is home made. Most all of the originals have long been lost. The original Red Lines were removed in favor of those good ole Cat.A.Pault Final Run Mags. The markings are from 1966 Riverside.

As with any place I've worked I've always given notice when I quit. I've got multipule boards that I post my work on; and this is one of them. So many so that I've felt the need to acess their value as far as time consumed in the posts vs replies. Looking back since I've been posting here I've started 7 with 895 views and 4 replies. Since there is no interest in my type of work here; this is one board I don't feel is in my best use of time to continue posting on. No problem. No hard feelings.

I'm not encouraging you to leave, I'm a fan of your work.
I think we build along the same lines.
But I have to agree with your assessment of the venue here.
The majority doesn't seem to have an interest in small scale die-cast, my numbers are about the same as yours.
At least I know where to find your future posts... - Mark

Its no skin off my teeth one way or another. I just like to exchange ideas. When I see over 100 views and no one says a word just kind of makes me go, hummmm. I must be too old for these guys. Like you say, you know where to find me. I look forward to seeing more of your work as well.

Thanks Mod. I'll still look back here from time to time and see what's going on and contribute every once and a while if I see something I like. But any future pic post will be on Hobby talk or The HWMB if your interested. Just seems to be more of an interest in this type of work there.
