Re: Any ideas of what this might cost/be worth??

Ill trade you my empty 350 block or my Olds 350 short block with forged crank and rods

In seriousness, I think you could get a few hundred for it. Maybe around a grand? Since its so low mileage.

Re: Any ideas of what this might cost/be worth??

I have gotten an offer of $1200 for it.
I just want to make sure I am not screwing myself outta a couple hundred. I am thinking it should be somewhere in the $1400-2000 range.
I will know more once I have it out of the car in a couple weeks. Condition will also affect what it is worth.

Re: Any ideas of what this might cost/be worth??

for a short block that has been used, id say 1200 is a fair offer.

I have.

Seems I can't find one that has roughly the same level of assembly as what I will have. Complete with under 30,000 miles I have seen them go for $3500. So I would assume $1500 isn't a terrible asking price.

a 100% complete ls1 is 6295 from the pace catalog. and yours is short block? with 29000 miles? 1999, i would say try to squeeze 100 or so extra outta him just to try to get the cash. and if he completely refuses say ok well how bout in the middle and jus try to get that extra 50 bucks and work him till he gives in or till he refuses and then u can just be liike, ok well i guess i could take 1200

LMFAO...I'm sure they do but you wouldn't want to know where it's been. I'll ask around and see if anyone was born with three nuts, I'm sure they would give you a hell of a deal.

Always ask more then what you want so when the person tries to bargain your where you want to be.

Re: Any ideas of what this might cost/be worth??

Well, since most is stock your not gonna get a real nice price but since you have such low mileage on it you could push it for $$900-1100. Sorry for the truthful info.
