Can a 93 3-cylinder motor go into a 98 chevy metro hatchback? I need help on this

yes, it'll fit, but the electronics won't work. The 93' block is missing a crankshaft postition sensor hole that the 96+ cars require. So will it fit? yes, will it work? no.

you have to change the oil pump and rest of front parts like the belt gears and cover and acc stuff like alt off old motor to have correct electronics plugs
