bornco 2 wont start

i just replacved the transmission in my 89 bronco 2. it was running before i pulled the bad tranny. after i hooked everything back up my bronco would try to turn over but would not start i just replaced the starter and it is doing the exact same thing. what do i do?

check all of your grounds. Sounds to me like you forgot to tighten a ground wire.

all grounds are tight with new starter,battery,and starter silinoid

There are a ton of grounds...look for the ones from the engine to the bay, and everything in-between. You wouldn't be the first to skip over a wire, or seven.

quick basic diagnostics

it doesnt have to take a long time, but start with some basic disgnostics.

- Got fuel pressure to the engine?
- Got spark?
- spark hitting at right time?

start from the top and you could save yourself a lot of time tracing down a simple problem.
