stalls,backfires until warm.............

posted this on a previous post, has anyone with similar problem found solution ?

have had this problem stalling until warm up for a while.
when i 1st start it, it runs a few seconds then dies. start again and idles rough, finally idle smooths out, but if i try to drive it until warmed up good, it backfires through engine. once warmed up it runs good.

checked all hoses and fittings , no vaccum leaks.
replaced IAC.
plugs and wires ok.

our GM had the same problem. Sent to the shop they said the throttle body needed to be cleaned. But started shortly after a fill-up, but lasted thru 3 tanks of gas. we arent sure if we got water in the gas or what, but it stopped its problem shortly before going to the shop. could just be a bad run of gas in yours too
