Idle screw location?

ok well doesnt look lke maany people really reply here but wth i found out yesterday my car has been giving out the code 11 but the dude i bought this car found told me the iginsion coil or one of them was bad. but then again my car use to shall out every once in awhile . back then my car use to idle at 1,000 to 900 rpm's but now it likes to idle down to 650 every once in awhile it trys to drop down to 600 to 500 rpms about that time is when it stalls out .. would it be a good idea just to play with the idle screw so it idles at 900 rpms? so i could still use my car untill i get a new igintion coil? or could this be because of something else?

Re: Idle screw location?

if its a turbo model then the idle screw does nothing, check the ground wire on your ignition coil bracket and tightened intercooler clamps

Re: Idle screw location?

First off, did you replace the bad coil packs? If not then start there. If that is good then look for vac leaks and check the afm.
