Emblems, wings and eyelids. Oh my!

I have a 2001 GTI VR6 and want to take the emblems off the back hatch, the big VW along with the little GTI and the VR6. Do they just pull off or is there more involved? I tried to pick at them and it seems as if they may just pull off but i'm not sure and don't want to ruin my baby. Also, do they make them in colors? I have a red GTI emblem and a silver VR6 and a little silver bunny. I'd like them in yellow if they make them and would be willing to trade/sell mine if someone has them.
I'm also looking for the wing for the top of the hatchback and the little eyelids. I've found a few places online which sell them along with a few that will paint them for you. They say they'll match the color perfectly. Anyone have good luck with buying them online or have a recommendation for a reputable seller. My car is that weird Rave Green color and last time I brought it to a VW dealer to get the bumper painted it wasn't perfectly matched. Possibly because the color has maybe faded over the years? I just don't want it to look funny.

hey,
i've heard you can use googone, and some floss/fishing wire, and just thread it behind the emblem while keeping it loobed and slowly pull down to get it off. good luck!

you need either a good hair dryer or a real heat gun. heat the emblems up so that it melts the glue behind them and pull them off. sometimes they have little pin or tab (dont know what they are called) that go into a hole in the body, if they have that then do not remove them.
