is it worth it?

well in my honda accord 91 I took of that box that has on the rigth passenger side front fender the one that hooks up with the stock intake, well I had to take of the plastic that is on top of the tire sort of like the mud cover, and I guess I did not put it back rigth, and when I was doing like 95 in the freeway the mud cover cougth some air from the front and it came down then the tire got a hold of it and it riped it of and it flew on the freeway. but I was wondering if its worth going to pick a part and buy them both because the left one was already missing.
